             Ok NYC, here's the deal!!

#NYCBIGBOLD New eyliner and mascara reveiw.

The Eyeliner has very good pigmentation

but it does not last!!!!!!

I put it on andwaited 5 minutes and rubbed my finger across it and it got all smudged. #TERRIBLE 

The mascara does nothing but give definition. That is all.
